Join SEER’s Constitutional Law Committee for an upcoming webinar and 26th Fall Conference educational panel preview. Leading Supreme Court scholars will provide an in-depth review of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions, including the following:

• National Association of Manufacturers v. Department of Defense: The Supreme Court announces that challenges to the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) Rule must be filed in federal district court.
• Florida v. Georgia: The Supreme Court holds that Florida made a legally sufficient showing regarding entitlement to the equitable allocation of water from an interstate river basin.

Panelists will also review Judge Kavanaugh’s environmental jurisprudence and his potential impact on the Supreme Court.
