Committee Program Call

Program Description:
This teleconference will include speakers discussing legal, policy, and technical issues associated with the development of renewable energy on brownfields sites. Many brownfields sites are difficult to develop for commercial or residential projects, but are ideally suited as locations for solar panels and renewable energy. With undeveloped brownfields sites available and the continued expansion of the renewable energy market, this topic should be of interest to environmental practitioners advising clients who own contaminated properties or who are looking to learn more about siting renewable energy projects.

Moderator:
Matthew Cohn, Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C.

Speakers:
Michael Butler, TRC Companies, Inc.
Ruben Fontes, Chief Executive Officer, TerraNavigator, LLC
Max West, Senior Vice President, Aon
