For many neutrals who are people of color, female, LGBT or a person with a disability, breaking into any field can be difficult.  The legal profession is no different.  So, along with resolutions encouraging the hiring of diverse lawyers, the Section of Dispute Resolution also wants to encourage lawyers and other legal professionals to hire more people of color, females and other diverse dispute neutrals.  Come and discuss the proposed Resolution, and let’s talk about how to ensure diversity in the dispute resolution field.

This event will commence with an opportunity to network with other chapter professionals--so be sure to bring your business cards as well as your brownbag lunch.

Location: 5th Floor John Marshall Conference Room

Building Parking: Central Parking (entrance is on 18th Street between K and L Streets, NW)
