Please join us for the ABA Section of Environmental, Energy, and Resources’ 34th Annual Water Conference in Austin. We are bringing together the very best water lawyers across the county to address practical topics and new legal developments that impact your practice. The conference provides a great opportunity for lawyers and other water professionals to hear from and network with speakers drawn from private lawyers, government officials, in-house counsel, and academics. As water resource and quality issues become more complicated across the country, the conference will explore innovative solutions to dealing with the challenge of scarcity, the impact of shortages on long-term water supply planning, and the impact of water resources on different sectors of the economy. Programming will also include panel discussions and debate on recent changes in the law, hot topics, water quality issues, and much more.
Surrounded by live music, restaurants, and shopping, the conference location in downtown Austin enhances the unparalleled learning and networking experience at the 2016 Water Law Conference. The conference begins on Tuesday, March 29 with all day CLE sessions followed by a networking reception and continues on Wednesday, March 30 with a morning of CLE, including ethics. The conference concludes Wednesday afternoon with a joint public service project with Spring Conference attendees. We hope to see you in Austin for learning, networking, music, and good food!
